Most restaurant portion sizes are out of control. When ordering a meal out, some people feel that you have to eat every thing on the plate.
When I’m on my strict eating program, my portion size is half of what I usually eat. So, I inform my server to only bring half of my meal. The other half I take home with me. This is one method that I use to ensure that I don’t eat more than what I really need.
Being that eating is one of my favorite things to do, I have to be very cautious when I’m preparing for a competition.
Try to put this tip into action. This will definitely help you in the long run.

Panera Bread has one of the best salads that I have ever tasted. Plus, it is made with a sesame vinaigrette. It’s pretty simple but it’s very tasty. I’m not much of a salad person but this one hits the spot. So, if you are ever at Panera Bread, give it a try.
